DESIGN INTENT
Translating a bold client vision into a refined, operational retail environment.
Samieh Spa was envisioned as a distinctly feminine, welcoming space rooted in the client’s affinity for pink tones and heart motifs. The challenge was to balance this expressive aesthetic with the functional, regulatory, and spatial requirements of a large-scale mall environment- ensuring the design remained both visually engaging and commercially viable.

DEVELOPMENT
End-to-end coordination across design, compliance, and execution.
As the project lead, I managed the full turnkey process- from client consultations and concept development to the preparation of detailed 2D drawings aligned with the mall’s technical standards. This included coordinating submissions through the Majid Al Futtaim's official Partner Connect portal, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and liaising directly with mall management teams. Simultaneously, I oversaw vendor coordination, material selection, site supervision, and on-ground troubleshooting- bridging the gap between drawing and reality while maintaining the project timeline and quality expectations.

RESOLUTION
A seamless handover shaped through precision, adaptability, and ownership.
The completed spa reflects a cohesive translation of concept into built form, achieved through close coordination, adaptability, and attention to detail at every stage. Managing the project from inception to final handover strengthened my understanding of execution at scale-deepening my ability to lead, problem-solve, and deliver within complex commercial environments.
